The work of interpreting (i.e., imposing meaning upon) Q drops is offloaded to conspiracy theorists and media/political operators who have their own motivations to perform these interpretations (mostly -- that doing so nets them power), but the drops themselves could be generated by a random number generator hooked to a list of phrases & still look identical to how they look now.

Why care whether nor not the drops are human-generated (or who generated them)?

This is like saying that, because your tarot reading is accurate, a supernatural force must be stacking the deck. We all know that tarot is a rich enough and flexible enough symbolic language that sufficiently motivated people can extract something meaningful from any permutation of cards. The same is true of q drops. And, just as you cannot reliably create a specific interpretation by selecting particular tarot cards, you cannot reliably influence the way the qanon community interprets a drop by changing the content of the drop.
